  3. Type in the last four digits of your social security number into the field provided.
  4. Input your date of birth in the fields provided.
  5. Click on the “Continue” button.
  6. Continue to move forward and provide all the required information to create your new online account.

  4. Type in your email address in the field provided. (your personal email will be fine)
  5. Create and type in your password in the fields provided.
  6. Click on the “Create Account” button.
  7. Check your email for a confirmation email at the address you provided and then click on the blue hyperlink in your confirmation email to complete your registration.

    Note: The confirmation email is only valid for 24 hours After that time frame has passed, you will need to re-register using the same steps above.
