Land O’ Lakes offers members access to a retiree online account. This is a free service for clients that need to review and manage their account. Employees should go ahead and create this account so that they are able to do the following:
Review and select your plan and benefit options.
Update Dependent Information.
Compare different medical options available such as costs of deductibles, copayments, coinsurance and other details.

Follow these easy steps below if you are a NEW retiree account memberwho needs to create a new account:
Type in the last 4 digits of your social security number in the field provided.
Input your date of birth.
Click on the “Continue” button.
You will now be able to create and review your retiree account. Make sure and verify all your personal information is correct before setting up the account. If it is not, contact your HR or Customer Service.
Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the login. Once you have signed in to your online account you can review the information and make any necessary changes. If you see any wrong information, email customer service or call them directly at the number provided.
