- Review and Select different plan and benefit options.
- Update Dependent Information.

Follow these easy steps below if you are a NEW member who needs to create a NEW Benefit Resources online account:
- Visit: www.ybr.com/airgas on your device.
- Click on the “Are you a new user?” link.
- Type in the last 4 digits of your social security number in the field provided.
- Input your date of birth.
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- You will now be asked to complete the registration by inputting all your personal information as well as plan information. Make sure you verify this information is correct before submitting. If you make a mistake or have troubles contact customer service.
Follow these steps below if you are a CURRENT member who needs to Log In you your account:
- Visit: https://www.ybr.com/airgas on your device.
- Type in your Airgas Your Benefit Resources User ID in the field provided.
- Type in your password in the field provided.
- Click on the “Log On” button.
- You will now be taken to your account overview. Here you can review your YBR benefits and plans. Each time you log in be sure to verify that all personal and plan information is correct. If not contact HR or customer service.
