  1. Visit: https://www.optimahealth.com/members/manage-plans/optimafit-bill-payment-options on your device.
    1. You will find that the first option as a registered member, you can pay your monthly premium online. (Set up a one time or set up a recurring payment.)
    2. You can pay over the using the automated attendant by calling 1-888-645-4306. Be sure to have a copy of your monthly billing statement available. Or you can call 757-687-6434 or 1-888-737-5479 and select option 2 to pay by phone with an official Optima Health representative.
    3. You can pay with cash through MoneyGram. There is no fee to use this service. If you decide to visit a MoneyGram location, take cash to pay your premium, bring your Optima Health member ID number, and be ready to provide the receive code which is: 15084.
    4. You can mail a check, cashier’s check, or money order. Be sure to mail your payment, along with the payment stub from your monthly bill, to: P.O. Box 75892, Baltimore, MD 21275-5892. Please Be Aware: your payment must be received by the last day of the month.
