  5. What to do if you can’t pay your bill? A payment arrangement should be made with official customer service representatives in order to hold your account from becoming delinquent. Please call one of the numbers listed above.

Steps if you are a CURRENT patient looking to sign into your current account online:

  1. Visit: https://my.uclahealth.org on your device.
  2. Type in your username and password in the fields provided.
  3. Click on the “SIGN IN” button and begin managing your current online account.

Follow the easy steps below if you are a NEW patient who needs to register and create a new account to manage your medical information:

  1. Visit this link on your device in an internet browser.
  2. Click on the “SIGN UP NOW” button to be redirected here: https://my.uclahealth.org/MyChart/accesscheck.asp
  3. Type in your Activation Code in the fields provided. (If you do not have one, click on the “SIGN UP ONLINE” button located on the far right side of the page to be redirected here: https://my.uclahealth.org/MyChart/signup and follow the requirements to signup.)
  4. Input your Date of Birth in the fields provided.
  5. Type in your Medical Record Number in the field provided.
  6. Click on the “Next” button.
  7. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the registration for a new online account.

Visit: https://billing.uclahealth.org/ and create a new account or login. You will need the following before creating a new account:

  • Your UCLA Health Guarantor Number
  • Guarantor date of birth
  • Guarantor full name exactly as it appears on the statement
  • A valid e-mail address
