Today, they offer their patients access to a free and secure online health information management tool. Their online portal is called the BJC Healthcare & Washington University Physicians MyChart. It allows patients to perform the following tasks:

What you will need to create or sign in to a BJC Healthcare & Washington University Physicians MyChart account:

Follow the easy steps below if you are a NEW patient who needs to register and create a new account to manage your medical information and you ALREADY HAVE ACTIVATION CODE:

  1. Visit this link on your device in an internet browser.
  2. Click on the “SIGN UP NOW” button to be redirected here: https://www.mypatientchart.org/mychart/accesscheck.asp
  3. Type in your Activation Code in the fields provided.
  4. Type in the Last Four Digits of you Social Security Number in the fields provided.
  5. Input your Date of Birth in the fields provided.
  6. Click on the “Next” button.
  7. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the registration for a new online account.

Follow the easy steps below if you are a NEW patient who needs to register and create a new account to manage your medical information but you DO NOT have an ACTIVATION CODE yet:

  1. Visit this link on your device in an internet browser.
    Click on the “SIGN UP ONLINE” button in the “No Activation Code?” section to be redirected to https://www.mypatientchart.org/mychart/Signup and after they verify your information, a new code will be sent via U.S. Postal Mail. Privacy issues prevent them from emailing a new activation code to you.
  2. Proceed to move forward and provide all the required information to submit and complete the request for an activation code.

Steps if you are a CURRENT patient looking to sign into your current account online:

  1. Visit: https://www.bjc.org/mychart on your device.
  2. Click on the “LOGIN TO MYCHART” button. You will be redirected to: https://mypatientchart.org
  3. Type in your username and password in the fields provided.
  4. Click on the “SIGN IN” button and begin managing your current online account.
