They make it possible to set up home delivery orders available to millions of current members. This program allows members to use their over the counter benefit. Members can choose to submit their prescription request by going online, by fax, over the phone or through the mail. Most Aetna Coventry Heartland Medicare Advantage plans offer an over-the-counter (OTC) benefit which allows their members to receive select items like vitamins, cold medicine and more at no extra cost.

What you need to register or login to a Coventry Heartland OTCHS account online:

Steps to follow to register for a new online account:

  1. Visit this link in your internet browser on your device.
  2. Click on the small “Register ” link located under the “Login” button and you will be directed to
  3. Type in your Member ID in the field provided.
  4. Type in your zip code in the field provided.
  5. Type in a valid email address in the fields provided.
  6. Create and type in a password in the fields provided.
  7. Click on the “Register” button.
  8. Continue to move forward and provide all the required information until you receive a successful registration confirmation.

If you successfully registered you will receive an email verification showing that all is good with your registration. You will now have full access to your online account and can begin taking advantage of pharmacy benefits that you need and that you qualify for.

Steps to follow to sign in to a current account:

  1. Visit: in your internet browser on your device.
  2. Type in your Member ID in the field provided.
  3. Type in your current Password in the field provided.
  4. Click on the “Login” button.
  5. Begin managing your online account.

Useful Tips for creating / processing / submitting your order:

  • After you have logged to your account, you can create an online order and choose items from a list of pre-approved OTC items from a store list / catalog and they will be mailed directly to your home address.
  • You will only be allowed to place one (1) order a month. All unused benefits will expire / will NOT roll over to the next benefit period. Also, you are not allowed to request partial / multiple orders. You will need to make sure to submit a complete full order for the benefit period when submitting your order online or over the phone.
  • There is no limit on the number of items you can order as long the amount due is within your allotted benefit amount. But note that there is a quantity limit of five (5) per any single item, per order, with the exception of the Blood Pressure Monitors, which are limited to one (1) per year.
  • You are not allowed to order more than your allotted benefit amount. Ex. if your total benefit is $10 and your order total is $10.95, you will have to remove items from your in order bring the order total back down to your assigned benefit amount.
  • Expect to receive your item within 7-10 business days. You will have 30 days to return any damaged items which will be replaced with the same item.
